Isabelle is a passionate Language Executive and trailblazer in Localization Operations, leading one of the world’s most innovative translation companies. Through her work, she strives to bridge worlds, cultures, technologies, and people through the power of language.

As the CEO and co-founder of Pi School, Isabelle is on a bold mission to help shape the future of Artificial Intelligence in Europe. Pi School sits at the heart of research, innovation, and real-world impact, bringing together brilliant engineering minds and visionary organizations to co-create AI solutions that matter.

Through collaborations with renowned institutions such as the European Space Agency, NGI, and the European Commission, Isabelle and her team contribute to strengthening Europe’s technological sovereignty by transforming groundbreaking ideas into intelligent systems that drive progress across industries and society.

Under her leadership, Pi School has helped more than 100 companies integrate AI into their operations and trained over 230 engineers through immersive, impact-driven programs.

In 2022, Isabelle launched "Women of Today: In a Position to Change the World" a newsletter inspired by her belief that every woman’s voice matters. The initiative has grown into a platform where women from different backgrounds share defining moments, celebrate resilience, and support one another through honest conversations and experiences.

Through these stories, Isabelle explores how adversity can become fuel for growth and how communities can help people navigate an increasingly complex world with courage, clarity, and connection.
