- Step – go to cart, or click on “Buy a Ticket” – this step will take you to the cart, where you will be able to proceed to paying, using Stripe. Be sure to check our Terms and Conditions first.
- Step – After the payment is done you will receive a confirmation email
- Step – After the verification is complete, you will get a an email on the day of the event with a Magic link – your personal access to the Conference.
- After purchasing your ticket and receiving the Magic link you’ll just have to click on it.
- You should be able to go to our personal event, and enter:
- Your profile information
- Your best Profile picture
After setting your profile you are going to enter a safe place where you’ll be able to watch the conference live, to interact with others, enter a networking and have an amazing time.
Your account is a special place where you can:
- Ask your questions to our speakers – anonymously or not;
- Comment and take participation in conversations;
- Watch the conference
- Receive additional information about the conference, schedule, etc.
(!) Please, have in mind that your personal Magic link works only with you and sharing it won’t work.
- Your email is correct
- You received the Magic link
- You’ve tried to enter the platform and you saw something different than a really nice “Hello” from us, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We’ll need your email address, your Magic link and will make sure we fix whatever issues you are having in the most helpful way!
If you haven’t received an email after purchasing:
Again – contact us on email@example.com and we’ll check that for you.
Make sure that you go through Stripe correctly – if you forget some important information, the platform will notify you immediately.
